By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Quotations

All quotations provided by SwiftCo Cleaning Services are free and without obligation.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if the condition or size of the property differs from the original description.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request as much notice as possible.

SwiftCo Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the service is carried out.

Payment is expected within the agreed timeframe following completion of the service.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide a high-quality service, SwiftCo Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Any concerns regarding the service provided should be reported as soon as possible.

Changes to These Terms

SwiftCo Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
